Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
