Each room has its own bathroom equipped with high-quality beauty products and cosy bathrobes. A wide range of wines and champagnes is also available. Half-board comprises afternoon tea or a traditional Austrian snack and a 4-course dinner. A wide range of traditional and modern massages and therapies is available. The use of the spa and fitness area is included in the price. Visitors appreciate the hotels staff are happy to assist you with the organisation of airport transfers, highly regarded, child care and baby-sitting arrangements, laundry and dry cleaning service, or private ski and snowboard instructors. Travel information

The nearest train station is Langen am Arlberg, 20 minutes away. Pick-up available on request. There are direct shuttle buses from Zurich Airport (200 km away) to Zürs ("Arlberg-Express").

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 10.00 per child under 16 years.  Half board costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
