Food & Beverages

There is no restaurant in the hotel, as guests can choose from the numerous typical Swiss or international restaurants in the old city. Breakfast is served directly into the room by a maid (guests should fill in an order form before going to bed to specify what they want and when they want it, and then hang it on their door).

The nightclub is open until the early hours of the morning, which can be a little noisy in the lower rooms.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 28.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
