stattHotel is using a key-card system, so your key is one card for the main entrance and your room. In cases of late or very early arrival your key-card will be waiting for you in the key safe-box, right in the entrance to the hotel. This system is very easy to use. On your check-out you may drop it into the box.

Please note that extra beds are only available on request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Reception hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 until 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 15:00. However, please feel free to contact the office by mail, fax or phone at any time for any reason. Reservations for 1 night will be charged on the day of arrival, longer stays will be charged 1 day before departure.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per stay for extra beds.  All children under 4 years are charged CHF 25.00 per stay for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
