If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 27.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
