You will also find a large selection of culinary specialities in the Palace Hotel Polom's restaurant. Each bathroom is equipped with its own steam bath! The wellness centre provides a variety of massages and health treatments, very much appreciated, 2 private jacuzzis in separate rooms and saunas with satellite TVs. Kings-size beds of 180 cm width are available as well. Room service is available from 07:00 until 23:00.

The Best Western Palace Hotel Polom offers a fine dining experience in its stylishly appointed restaurant. Select from a broad range of meals from the Slovak and international cuisine, prepared by master chefs. The cafe, with its elegant wooden bar serves exceptional coffee in many varieties throughout the day, and also features a collection of fine wines. The White Salon is perfectly suited for clients preferring privacy for their family celebrations, social gatherings or business meetings in a luxurious ambience. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00, lunch is served from 11:30 to 14:30. The restaurant is open from 06:30 until 23:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.30 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 1.33 per hour.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
