Choose from exquisite Cantonese cuisine to the Chairman's Bar in a sophisticated English-Irish Pub setting. The Dome Brasserie offers contemporary up market East meets West brasserie, featuring a varied mix of fusion cuisine, local favourites and traditional brasserie specialities. For something a little livelier, try our ZZ's Night-club and Karaoke. A fully equipped business centre is also available to cater business guests' requirements. The Sofitel Club Lounge is our hotel within a hotel. There you will be able to enjoy the Business class service of our exclusive Club Lounge. Enjoy the 20th floor views of Zhengzhou whilst having breakfast, evening cocktails or at any time using the fully equipped business facilities and services.

Rates quoted are in USD. Upon check-out at the hotel, charges will be in CNY and exchange rate from USD to CNY will be the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
