From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga funicular, valued throughout, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the the hotel, which is situated right next to the ski slope. Every chalets boasts its own wellness area with a sauna, highly regarded, a steam bath, a terrace, a massage room and a relaxation room with an open fireplace. The Hotel consists of 5 chalets with spacious rooms and suites. The restaurant and the inviting bar are ideal places for lunch, very much appreciated, for joyful Après-Ski hours as well as for an elegant dinner. From the terrace you enjoy superb views of the Matterhorn mountain. You can choose to have your complimentary breakfast on your room or in the restaurant. The small menu offers selected regional specialities and quality wines. Free transfer service between the train station and the village entrance of Zermatt to Cervo Hotel & Restaurant!. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the Cervo hotel from the Zermatt train station.

Zermatt is car-free. You can drive to Täsch, where you have to leave your car and proceed by train to Zermatt (12 minutes). The train brings you directly to the centre of the village.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 140.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
