Visitors appreciate the hotel's rooms are clean, very much appreciated, well-kept and furnished to a 3-star standard, but are rather on the small side. Travel information

Zermatt is car-free. Private traffic is only permitted up to Täsch (5 km before Zermatt), and the road between Täsch and Zermatt is also closed to public transport. Multi-storey car parks (2,900 places; 2,000 of which are in the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch) and public car parks (900 places) are available to you in Täsch. Some of the multi-storey car parks also have outside parking spaces, and offer a taxi service to and from Zermatt. The shuttle trains of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway run between Täsch and Zermatt every 20 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
