Hotel details

The hotel does not have public areas such as a breakfast room and a lobby, and there is no restaurant. The information desk/reception (host family) is located on the third floor of the same building. All apartments are equipped with a direct dial telephone and there is internet access available via an analogue modem. The sauna can be reserved by the hour. There is no relaxation area. Bathrobes are available (at an additional cost).

Food & Beverages

The apartments are for self-catering (kitchen available). Between 07:00 and 10:00, continental breakfast can be served in the apartment on request (on Saturdays until 08.00 if it is the day of departure). There are several restaurants nearby.

Please note! For stays of up to 6 nights an additional fee of CHF 70 (1-2 people) or CHF 105 (3-6 people) will be added to your bill. For payments by Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, 2% commission will be charged additionally. Children only pay half of the city tax. During summer the rates do not include the daily maid service, which is available on request. Maid service does not include the cleaning of the kitchen. In winter (December to April) the daily maid service is included in the price (the cleaning of the kitchen is however not included). Before departure, please clean the dishes and dispose of the kitchen scraps according to the rules of the house. Please make sure to put the rubbish out before departure! In case you are leaving on a Saturday, check out has to be done until 09:00!

Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CHF 100.00 will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 45 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CHF 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
