Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first four nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 83.00 per night for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged CHF 128.00 per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 138.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
