Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 2 to 6 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
