By car: Please note that Zermatt is a car free village. You have to leave your car in Täsch and proceed by train. On foot from the Zermatt train station (10 minutes): - Follow the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) up to the church. - Turn right on the church square and follow Metzggasse uphill for approx. 100 metres.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
