Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 39 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 39 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 47 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 47 per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 13 to 14 years are charged EUR 52 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 14 years are charged EUR 52 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
