Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 6 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One child from 11 to 14 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
