Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
