Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.  Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years are charged EUR 25 per night when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 37 per night when using existing bedding.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 45 per night when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 45 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
