The accommodation is made up of bungalows and shared dorms. The rooms are smart, modern and basically decorated with wooden or tiled floors and ample storage. The bungalows enjoy an outdoor terrace from where you can enjoy the green surroundings and the mild climate.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 4.28 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
