Apartments are cleaned before arrival and although a cleaning service is not included in the rate, guests can request this service for an additional cost. Apartments are equipped with cleaning products. There is no fee for the end of stay clean. To finalize the reservation a member of staff will contact the guest. Guests are then asked to indicate their expected time of arrival at the apartment. Here, guests will be met by a member of staff who will hand over the keys to the apartment and answer any questions the guests may have. After checking the condition of the apartment, the remaining amount of the total fee must be paid.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
