The hotel offers cosy, comfortable and simple rooms, situated on the first floor of the villa, which are equipped with all common facilities including box spring beds with single duvets, a dining table, cutlery, plates, glasses and spacious closets. The Water tower Room has an extra (bed) sofa and a window with a sea view. The Large Double Room offers a more spacious bathroom with a double washbasin and a bath as well as a shower.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
