Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
