Check-in and key registration is situated on the 2nd floor of the building on 3 Maja Avenue 23 in the centre of Zakopane near Krupowki. If your expected arrival time is after 17.00 hours Monday to Friday or during the weekend and public holidays, then please inform Sun & Snow at least 24-hours in advance using the contact details given in your reservation confirmation.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of PLN 500 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 3.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
