Willa Pod Berłami lounge is a nice place to relax or meet other guests. Buffet breakfast is served every morning in the spacious breakfast room of the hotel. They all come with en suite facilities, highly regarded, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are functionally designed and furnished. The villa is within walking distance of Tatra mountain trails. Most rooms also have a balcony. Ski storage is available and ski lessons, and above all, excursions, mountain guided tours and folklore evenings can be booked at the reception.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 1.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged PLN 49.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
