After an exciting day outdoors you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee in front of the satellite-TV, very much appreciated, before enjoying a good night’s sleep. The bright rooms and apartments at the hotel W Zakopanem are tastefully decorated with rustic wooden furniture and all include a private balcony.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 2.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs PLN 31.30 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
