Travel information

Centrally located, Palace Hotel Zagreb is within walking distance from the main railway station, a 10-minute drive from the bus station and only a 20-minute drive from the Pleso Airport. If there is need for taxi service from the airport to the hotel, please provide your flight number and landing time and our taxi driver is going to collect you from the airport with a name card. The price of this service is 30 Euro total and can be payed directly to the driver in all major currencies.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

22 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
