Travel information

By car: - From any direction, leave the motorway at the Croatian National Television building (to the north). - Take the 1st right, then the 1st left. - The hotel is on the left hand side of the street. From the railway station take tram number 13 and alight at the Vatroslav Lisinski concert hall. Cross the street to the south, take the first street left, then the first right. The hotel will be on the right hand side of the street. From the bus station, walk towards the south until the first crossing. Take tram number 5, 13 or 3 to the west. Alight at the concert hall, then as above.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
