Area information

Hotel Dubrovnik is situated on the main Zagreb square called Ban J. Jelačić square, and it is your door to the very centre of the city. Within a short walk you will find the most important cultural monuments, governmental and economical institutions, shopping areas,markets, parks and promenades. The hotel is 500 metres away from the main train station and about one km away from the main bus station. The Zagreb Fair is 5.5 km away while the Zagreb airport is located 18 km from the hotel.

Travel information

From the airport: The best way is to take a taxi (may be arranged in advance, when making a hotel reservation). You may also use the Croatia Airlines bus service to the main bus station (about a 20-minute ride). From the main bus station: - Tram number 6 to Ban J. Jelačić square (10-minute ride) From the main railway station: - Tram number 6 or 13 from the north side of the station to Ban J. Jelačić square (2 stops).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
