Food & Beverages

The recently refurbished breakfast room provides the perfect relaxing start to your day. Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, using local produce, before heading off to see the sites of York. The menu offers a good selection and the kitchen is always happy to cater for any special dietary requirements.

Check-In Information: Please confirm your expected check-in time directly with Grange Lodge at the time of booking, either by using the comments field when making your reservation or by contacting the hotel directly, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Payment Information: Payment may be made in cash or by cheque or card on departure. Please note that there is an additional cost of 3% for payments made by card. Any damage to property of Grange Lodge will have to be paid for in full.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
