Our office is located in Jagiełły 3/79, 4th floor. This is where you should pick up your keys if you arrive after 17:00. All guests are required to call the hotel in order to arrange the key collection. Hotel reserves the right to preauthorise your credit card before arrival.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
