Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 1 to 3 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 65 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
