Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per stay in a baby cot.  One child under 6 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 6 to 14 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
