The Hotel Adler has been offering hospitality for over 300 years, and comprises 3 different buildings. The Haus Sonnenbühl connects the original building to the Landhaus guest house, where the bedrooms are located. The Haus Sonnenbühl is home to the hotel’s generous spa area, which can be accessed from the bedrooms without having to go through the lobby or restaurant areas. Here you find a swimming pool (80 m²) with integrated jacuzzi and various special features, as well as several saunas and a quiet room. You can also visit the Vital Oase for cosmetic treatments, baths, mudpacks, pedicures, manicures, therapeutic massages, lymph drainage and more.

Food & Beverages

Savour regional and international cuisine in the hotel’s restaurants, Romanus and Jakobus, or in the welcoming conservatory. The hotel specialises in game and fish dishes, and uses home-grown products. The in-house patisserie offers you fine cakes and pastries, including the region’s famous Black Forest gateaux. Throughout the day, feel free to visit the cosy hotel bar. Aperitifs, cocktails and exotic drinks await you here.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 52.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
