Area information

One of the characteristics of the region of East Frisia is its unique mix of traditional culture anf modern technology. For example, between marshland and ponds you will find the Siehafenmuseum (the water channel museum) on Carolinen Island or the Meyer Werft in Papenburg, a large shipyard. There is also a brewery and a brewery museum in Jever which is well worth a visit. The flatland area is covered with paths and therefore perfect for long, beautiful bicycle tours. The coast of the North Sea is only 15 kilometres away with its endless shining beaches which offer countless activities for sport enthusiasts and holidaymakers alike.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
