Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 28 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
