Conference and seminar rooms are available at the hotel.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, check-in is possible from 08:00 until 11:00 and from 17:00 until 20:00. On weekdays, check-in is possible from 11:00 until 23:00. You can also check in outside these times by prior arrangement. You may also use the hotel’s 24-hour key machine. On request, the hotel staff will give you the code you need for the machine.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
