Rooms

Almost all of our comfortable, spacious guest rooms are accessible by lift. They feature all common facilities and three of our rooms are suitable for the mobility impaired.

Hotel details

We would be happy to assist you in organising leisure activities such as hiking, horse-drawn carriage rides, tobogganing, and excursions in the surrounding area. If you are planning a party, meal or wedding we would be happy to provide you with a full catering service. We can also help you to host a children's party or a wonderful picnic.

Food & Beverages

In our restaurant and light-flooded conservatory you can enjoy a comprehensive breakfast, specialities of the Sauerland region, fine regional dishes and homemade cakes. We can prepare vegetarian meals for you on request.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
