Rates include cleaning of apartment once a week and change of linen once a week, towels are changed every other day. Late check-out is possible if apartment is available for 50% of the night rate.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The reception office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM until 6:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first two nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 6.50 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

No special conditions apply for groups.
