Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 7.50 per night per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast costs USD 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 13 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
