Food & Beverages

The restaurant Taptim serves Thai cuisine where as the restaurant Vivaldi serves traditional Swiss dishes. You can also enjoy dining on the Panoramic Terrace or in the summer months on the Wilerbädli. The restaurants are open from 11:00 to 13:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00. The Wilerbar is an ideal place to finish the day with a relaxing drink. The bar is open at the same times as the restaurant. Closing time depends on the frequency of guests. Room service is available during restaurant opening hours.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 10.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast costs CHF 28.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 21.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
