Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant Brasserie is decorated in warm tones and conveys a French gourmet dining style. Dine here in a friendly atmosphere and enjoy some relaxing hours with colleagues or friends as well as the diverse range of delicious dishes in offer. We have 2 dining rooms with a total capacity for 70 guests, and in the summertime we can seat a further 30 people on our terrace. All dishes are created using only the freshest produce, largely from the surrounding local area. Our bar is an ideal meeting point for spending some social time with colleagues, friends and family and a great place to get to know people in a comfortable and relaxed ambience.

Travel information

Arrival from Frankfurt airport with public transport: Arriving from Frankfurt airport, take the Lufthansa shuttle to the Hotel Crowne Plaza Heidelberg. From there you can take a taxi to the railway station or the L1 or L4, bus stop Poststrasse, opposite the hotel. From the railway station take the S3 train to the Walldorf-Wiesloch station and from there you can either take a taxi or bus 702, 706, 707 or 708 to Hoschket Kreisel. It is only 100 metres to the hotel from here.

Area information

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Rhine Neckar region and only a 5 minute drive from the motorway entrance. Visit the nearby towns of Heidelberg, Sinsheim and Mannheim, which are easily accessible by train and all offer all sorts of interesting sports, leisure and cultural activities not to mention the wonderful eateries.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 29.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
