Please note that this is not a public hotel and has no reception area. There is a separate entrance so that guests are guaranteed privacy. The double room is located on the ground floor, while the apartment is on the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen on the first floor features a large fridge freezer.

Food & Beverages

Please note that the Boarding & Relocation Agency does not offer a breakfast service. You can use the comprehensively equipped, shared kitchen on the first floor to prepare your own meals.

As there is no reception, please call the indicated telephone number at least 45 minutes prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
