No end-cleaning fee will be charged. The deposit is a security guarantee and will be immediately reversed to your credit card after check-out, provided the apartment was left in a proper state. Please note that the apartments are strictly non-smoking. Non-compliance leads to a substantial cleaning fee. You are requested to inform Towns Apartments about your arrival time at least 2 days before arrival by telephone, e-mail, or fax. If possible, include your flight or train number.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 19.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
