Travel information

From the airport: Take the CAT (City Airport Train) to Wien-Mitte/Landstraße. From there take the U3 underground line (direction "Ottakring") to Stephansplatz and change into the U1 (direction "Kagran"). Get off at "Alte Donau". The hotel is a 2-minute walk away.

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
