From the airport: Take the airport bus to Westbahnhof (Western Train Station), then take the U6 underground line (direction Siebenhirten) and go for 1 stop to Gumpendorfer Straße. Then take bus line 57A (direction Rudolfsheim) and get off at "Hollergasse". From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station): Take tram line 18 (direction Stadthalle) and get off at Gumpendorfer Straße. Continue as above.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
