Area information

The major sights of Vienna like St. Stephen's Cathedral, St. Charles Church, the complex of the Hofburg Palace and the big museums are within a short walking distance. The Kärntner Strasse (pedestrian zone) as well as the Mariahilfer Strasse (shopping street) are located just a few steps from the hotel.

Travel information

From the airport: Take the CAT (City Airport Train) or a commuter train (S-Bahn) to Wien-Mitte/Landstraße. Take the U4 underground line in the direction of Hütteldorf and get off at Karlsplatz. Take the exit “Oper/Opernring”. Pick-up from the airport is available on request and at an extra cost. From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof): Take the U3 in the direction of Simmering and get off at Stephansplatz. Take the U1 in the direction of Reumannplatz and get off at Karlsplatz. Take the exit “Oper/Opernring”. From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof): Take the tram line D and get off at Kärntnerring/Oper.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
