Hotel details

In 1872, when Vienna's city walls were replaced by the grand Ringstrasse, several family residences were built along this street, among them the Palais Leitenberger and the Palais Henckel von Donnersmarck. Carefully restored so as to not lose any of their original splendour, these two palaces come together today as the 5-star Radisson SAS Palais Hotel in Vienna.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
