Area information

Surrounded by historic buildings full of tradition, the hotel serves as an ideal base for exploring the historic heart of Vienna, as well as for business appointments in the city centre. The magnificent grounds of Belvedere Palace are just a stone’s throw away, as is the priceless exhibition of Klimt paintings at the Upper Palace. The Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station) is only a few minutes away.

Travel information

Take the underground (line U3) to ROCHUSGASSE stop and then walk about 5 minutes along the Landstrasser Hauptstrasse until no. 120, or you take the underground (lines U3 and U4) to the WIEN MITTE stop, then take the bus line 74A until Eslarngasse. The bus stop is directly in front of the main hotel door.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
