Food & Beverages

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate and contains bread rolls, croissants, butter, jam, coffee, and tea.

Superior Studios are suitable for 2 people at most; there is no space for an extra bed. All other apartments can be furnished with an extra bed on request. On some occasions an earlier check-in will be possible depending on the occupation of the previous day. If you arrive before 14:00 you may leave your luggage in the apartment while it is being prepared. In case of later check-in (after 21:00) please contact the hotel via e-mail to arrange a check-in time. You can also call the hotel during the check-in times or ring the door bell to be connected to the concierge who will give you further instructions. Please inform MyPlace in advance of any late arrivals on weekends, since the concierge is only available from 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
