Food & Beverages

On request, breakfast can be served in the Restaurant Olympia (Liechtensteinstrasse 8), only 1 minute away. The restaurant is open from 07:00 to midnight. Our guests can order a typical Viennese breakfast for a reduced price (please pay the breakfast directly at the restaurant).

On the front door there is a small safe with keys. This safe can be opened easily with a number lock (like a bicycle lock). The hotel will send you the code after your reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 5 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
