Rooms

Our modern and individually designed rooms are furnished with Eames chairs, desk/table, a sofa and a refrigerator. There is no carpeted floor and the windows are soundproof. On request the apartments come with a south-facing balcony, kitchen or a bedroom with 2 separate beds. The rooms are up to 52 m² in size and are suitable for one or 2 people. They have a bathroom with shower and towel warmer and a laptop safe.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is available on request and at an additional cost. Viennese breakfast: Fresh bread and rolls every day from the nearby bakery, cheese, spreads, marmelade, cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables of the season, coffee, tea, orange juice. In our small bar, you can buy or drink wines, recommended by the host.

Our reception is open between 06:00 and 22:00. Please contact us beforehand if you want to check in after 20:00.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Travel information

By train: From the Western Train Station (Westbahnhof), walk to the hotel or take tram lines 52 or 58 for one stop. From the Southern Train Station (Südbahnhof), take tram line 18 to Westbahnhof and continue as above. From the airport: Take the airport bus to Westbahnhof and continue as above. If you take the CAT (City Airport Train), you will arrive at Wien-Mitte. Change to the U3 underground line in the direction of "Ottakring" and go to Westbahnhof. Continue as above.

Area information

Schönbrunn Palace, the Gloriette and the Schönbrunn Zoo are all only a 25-minute walk or 5 tram stops away. The Technical Museum is the same distance. In just 5 underground stops (about 10 minutes), you can reach St. Stephen’s Cathedral at the very heart of Vienna’s historic centre.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2.8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
